At Obazar.online, we aim to provide quality products. However, if you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence (photo/video).

Refunds will be processed after product inspection. Approved refunds will be completed within 3–7 working days through the original payment method or agreed alternative.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our policy conditions.
